Hi guys,

I have started street photgraphy this May. I have been really enjoying it. I’ve been a lurker on this forum lately, so I thought I’d make my first post and get some constructive feedback from this wonderful community.

Below are some of my favourites. They are predominantly in Manchester (UK)  and Venice. Here is my instagaram as well (http://instagram.com/truenomad/)

It would be lovely to get some feedback. Some input that I could take on board and use to improve my photoghrapbhy.

Many thanks,

Mo

I like very much picture number 3. This picture tells a story !

Thank you, Matthias! For that picture, I had a hard time choosing whether I should go colour or B&W.

I like pictures #2, but not cutting women on the left with a wider lens would have been better.

In my opinion, the rest of the pictures needs:

  • A clean background
  • More contrast on the B&W photos
  • The early morning or sunset light help not to blown out the highlights and get rid of hard shadows
I hope my comments can help you.

Some great feedback there, Luis. Really appreciated!

That list tip is a big revelation. I have been struggling with the intensity of the light, I will definitely try shooting early mornings and evenings.

Thank you
