Is there a simple workflow for using DROPBOX for Photographs

Eric Kim,
I know you have used DROPBOX for years.  I have been making photos since 1967 and have a big mess of photographs. I have used DROPBOX since they started the service. I switched to Digital in December 1999, and this is what is currently backed up in DROPBOX.  I am going to start scanning negatives and prints from the film days. Is there a logical way to structure and work with the storage of Photographs in DROPBOX that is simple and easy to keep updated and edited?
Thanks, Bob Travaglione   FOTOEDGE (Instagram and FLICKR)

I just put everything on a hard drive I can see feel and touch rather then a server. although you could put them in folders by city, year, style etc…
