Definetively, keep…I like the sense of perspective with the street running at the background and the figure of this woman in the middle…the pastel colors also adds value to the shot…it makes me wonder where is this place?…who is this lady?…is running to a meeting for work or is she to meet someboby?…I have the impression that this shot would make a very good blackandwhite shot…

I’m on the fence, I’d call it a ‘kitch’ 🙂

I like the background a lot, but I’m not sure there’s enough of interest in the rest of the frame to push this squarely into the ‘keep’ category.

I was on the fence as well and I agree with what Logan said. Perhaps if she had turned to look at you , or if the wind was blowing her hair in a crazy way it might add something of interest 🙂

Keep, but I prefer resizing to avoid the blue corner upper right.

Love the colours and textures, the pipes on the right… As others are saying, maybe missing a detail to make the central subject stand out

Ditch.

For this type of shot, the background is too messy. Clean backgrounds work better with this type of shot.
