The image is candid and the gaze of the woman makes you stop and wonder what she is looking at. However, the subject lacks interest. Why the train? There are not enough clues to engage me.

The woman looks like she is about to scratch her cheek, while she is looking at whatever it is that she is looking at.  I might have tried a different angle, maybe include the window from over her shoulder. She’s beautiful though!

I think i agree with Janine on this one. Kudos in a candid sense for getting close to the main subject, but without a guiding concept giving a context to it, the picture lacks meaning. Also – perhaps be cautious that trains are usually private property and there might be negative consequences with doing candid social documentary on them. Just saying
