What’s your favourite camera and why?
Mine is the fujifilm X100 because it was cheap when I bought it used and it takes fantastic photos. I also love the hybrid viewfinder and how intuitive the controls.

My Favourite camera is the Sony A6000, i used to use the Nikon D5300 but it’s been sitting on a shelf since i bought the A6000 more than a year ago, reason i like it so much.
Very fast focus, many times better than Nikon
It’s small, i can carry it anywhere
I can take 11 photos per second, very useful for street or sports photography

plus 1 for the a6000, though my GAS lusts after a Fuji x100f!

Awesome! I am a proud a6000 owner myself! Like the fast autofocus and the small size of the camera! It also does not way much so you can carry it around the whole day without a problem! The only downside in my oppinion is the poor battery life!

#teama6000! 🙂

for me, the micro four third system is quite perfect for my needs. So far, my em10 mark ii still remains my favourite. I might buy an em5 mark ii or first gen em1 so that might changes.

I’m using Nikon D3200 it’s very easy to use and I am going well with my camera.

on May 30, 2017

My first camera was the Nikon D3000. The lens I loved shooting with the most was the Nikkor 35mm f1.8

I always go back to my trusted Leica M7 with mainly a 35/2.0 lens. It always works and is never in the way. It does everything I need. Has no buttons or menus I never use.

x100f – still nailing down custom settings. I like the accessibility of the dials and impressive image quality.

Sony RX100M3 (nicknamed “minchietta”) for the street and Olympus OMD-EM1 for all the rest.

Ricoh GR – big sensor and fits in the pocket!

on July 19, 2017

+1 for the pocket monster! I’ve had like 20 cameras before, from almost all available system, but this small beast is the best.

Sigma DPx Merill also needs to be mentioned. It’s terrible to use, slow, ugly, bulky, but the image quality is just unbeliveable. Kills everything below medium format.

I loved my Nikon, but now I have a Fujifilm XT-1 with a 35 mm f/1.4.  Love it.  She and I are making beautiful photos.

It was the X100/X100s, but I’m now without it and using the Fujifilm X-Pro2 with Fujinon XF16mm f/1.4 XR (a 21mm FF equivalent). I’m also trying out the Fujifilm X70 in zone-focus mode to see if the small size works for me.

Olympus TG4 because it fits in my pocket, fast focus and shoots raw. Secondly I use Olympus em-1.

I’d probably go with the Ricoh GRii. I absolutely love my Nikon FM2n, and shoot with it a lot, but the Ricoh is so convenient to use. I’ll just shoot in P mode at ISO 800 or 1600, and process the photos with Replichrome (far better than VSCO) in lightroom, and be done with it.

IPhone because it’s so convenient! For serious work I take a Fuji X-E2 or Fuji XT-1. Would like to try a Xpro-1…

on May 31, 2017

I owned an Xpro 1 for about a year. I wasn’t a huge fan of it. I thought I would take it everywhere because of its size but it was only a little more convenient than my SLR.

This is why I am saving up for the Ricoh GR II. The quality i have seen from Eric and others in a pocket sized camera is well worth the pricepoint in my oppinion.

Nikon D3200 is my first DSLR I like my Camera and I believe camera is not important if you’re eyes are creative you can write what ever you want.

on July 18, 2017

I use a D3100 and a A900; I am just a beginner, but I like Nikon
