I like telling stories and the camera allows me to create a skeleton to hang a story from.
The camera is my therapy, my escape from the speed chess that goes on around me. With my eye to the viewfinder, everything goes away and the scene becomes part of me. The stories start to percolate and the pictures start to happen.
I specialize in urban and documentary photography observing people and things around me. I'm always intrigued with how we interact with each other, our technology and nature.
